We love our Gutter Helmet product it is a solid piece of aluminum that the water runs around and into the gutters. We used to have a mesh product that shellacked the screen with debris stuck to it and had to have them removed. We do understand that after the pollen settles spring and fall we have to spray the front edge of the Gutter Helmet off so that the pollen does not turn in to mold and become slimy and sticky to where the rainwater will spill over.and not go in the gutters. We have read some of the reviews before purchasing the product and made sure we were clear on the minor maintenance required to keep the product at peak performance and it is listed in the warranty. I plan to have my yard crew take care of the minor maintenance. The office staff are professional and the crew as well!!
